Kristin Burgess is a girl of many talents & trades = all rolled into one beautiful ball of energy. She is the mastermind behind by emily b. event design, photo editor for hawthorn press, owner of this adorable shop & more. I am so pumped to do some wedding with Kristin this season & next! She is known for killer details, spectacular backdrops & just seems to nail every wedding on it’s pretty little head. On a side note, I can’t say it enough- work with a wedding coordinator & planner that gets your vision & will be 110% there for you on the big day….So many times I’ve had couples opt to save money and not have a wedding coordinator- as a photographer, it makes my day smoother & my images stronger because I can focus on my job- documenting the love…rather than feeling obligated to help out and run around coordinating things :0) Apologies if that sounds a little negative- but after shooting 100’s of weddings- when I know the wedding coordinator is top notch the images I produce are top-notch too…they just go hand in hand. Like ribbons & lace, cake & coffee, gold & glitter…you get my drift! xx
