Meredith and Kevin met through a mutual friend. “When Kevin was at my house I put in his calendar on his phone to send me flowers a few weeks later and he actually did!” Meredith says. Kevin proposed to Meredith on the beach in Newburyport, Massachusetts.The couple’s local wedding highlighted what they love: home. The ceremony was held in a field behind Meredith’s father’s home in Dorset, Vermont, with a close friend as an officiant. The reception took place at The Dorset Field Club where Meredith spent many years as a kid playing tennis and golf. A color palette of navy blue and light pink and details like the men wearing boat shoes and vineyard vine pants gave the wedding a light, casual feel. Close friends provided music during the cocktail hour and arranged the flowers in the bouquets giving the wedding a personalized, intimate touch.

beep! beep! meredith’s uncle old jeep towed a wagon for the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception! and i got to ride in the jeep- so fun!
