One of my incredibly talented besties , Kristin, of By Emily B. designed the most lovely white Christmas for a fundraiser at the historic Fells Estate. 
Emily of Lulu & Roo outdid herself with the calligraphy for this design. 
The Fells Estate is a 22-room Colonial Revival home on over 80 acres in Newbury, NH by Lake Sunapee. The Fells is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the early 20th century rooms are inspiring. This is such a gorgeous and historic spot for hosting weddings!
