I’ve known Alex {the gorgeous bride} for what seems like almost my entire life: I’ve been best friends with her big sister for 25 years. I remember a little pip-squeak girl, in an itty bitty bedroom that was the mini-version of her big sister, Chloe. I actually had visions of six year old Alex, sitting on her little quilted bed, when she came down the aisle & it brought tears to my eyes. Of course, Alex is all grown up now & she married the dashing Joey on the beach in Fort Myers, Florida where her family is originally from {and many still live there}. Alex & Joey planned their wedding from NYC- but her mom had a huge hand in making the day as special as it was with behind-the-scenes planning in Florida. Some of my most favorite personal touches: the vintage gown that she found that fit her perfectly, the ceremony benches made the week before from floorboards, the FISH silverware {as a nod to both Joey’s last name & the beach theme, and the message-in-a-bottle escort display.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Fish {and Danger, too!}
Beautiful Meg!!!
Thanks Meg! These turned out great! And thank you for being part of our special day, it will live forever in our memories, and even longer through your photography.
I can’t thank you enough, Meg. You’re amazing! xoxo
